Passive Fire Protection

Firefree Ff88 is a revolutionary water based latex paint. It is non toxic, non hazardous and looks, smells and is applied like a standard house paint.

It can be applied as either a primer or finish coat over existing painted or un painted sufaces with superior adhesion.

It is effective on interior and exterior surfaces. Can be over coated with other quality paintd or goes over exising paints. Life span is well in excess of 10 years with current testing for 20 years.

It has superior bonding, chip and wear resistance attributes.

It will withstand tempertures up to 1094 C for lengths of 1 hour or 2 hours depending upon install thickness.

Fire barrier system for fire rating electrical cables, approved to F.M. requirements. Applied by spraying or trowel and can easily be patched for cable replacement or repairs

Vermiculite/gypsum based penetration seal for firerating wall and floor openings for up to 4 hours. Apply water and ready to trowel.

For roof voids and above suspended ceilings approved to AS1530.4. 10mm thick 1300 x 6000mm size which is flexible and easy and quick to install. Collars and mastic are included for any penetrations.

For fire rated ceilings approved to AS1530.4 1 hour rating. Can be easily installed into existing ceilings from the room.
